Software Development

C++, C#, Python and Assembly to deliver on a broad scope of projects, independently and collaboratively. Releases include Support Utilities, Hangman Games and Discord Chatbots. Website development using HTML and CSS with the Bootstrap framework.

Project Management

Academic exposure managing projects utilising the Agile principles, alongside tools such as Azure DevOps to catalogue, delegate and track the development cycle.

Technical Support

Support under the ITIL Framework in a Microsoft environment. Involvement in the configuration and 'pilot' rollout of Intune in a Hybrid environment to support and streamline global business operations. Use of tools (e.g. PSExec and PDQ) to implement script-based solutions, optimising processes, minimise interruption and downtime. Familiarity with automotive industry S/W (e.g. Vector and Siemens).

Computer Hardware and Networking

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems, adept in PC building. Confident in laptop repair (i.e. Screens, Motherboard, Chassis). Entry-level understanding of network configurations, with experience in fault-finding, implementation and documentation of solutions under the support of Infrastructure teams.
